We built our specialized recruiting division by marrying our in-depth IT experience, with our seasoned knowledge of how to identify exceptional employees. When we built our Danastar team, we used IT recruiters in the DC area. While responsive and ambitious, we recognized their lack of first-hand experience leading programs in the IT industry limited their ability to identify truly qualified, unique candidates. In 2010 we launched our Recruiting division to meet that market need.
